On Thursday, Feb. 27th at 6:30 pm speaker Linda Jorgenson of the League of Women Voters will help the Washburn Public Library celebrate 100 years of women's right to vote and the passing of the 19th Amendment. Discussion will focus on author Elaine Weiss's Fight to Win The Vote and historical aspects of the Women's Suffrage Movement.
